Privacy & sync
- Locally encrypted: Notes are stored locally and encrypted on the device; no account is required for local core features.
- Optional encrypted sync: Content is encrypted on the device before being stored in the sync system, using a passphrase separate from the account password.
- Local history & trash: Changes can be tracked locally, and deleted notes go to trash first.
