What's new in Priviot Notes?

Summary

Highlights

• Unified onboarding: Local Priviot models, custom local models, and cloud/API providers are offered clearly.
• Shared account experience: Avatar, account status, passkeys, settings, and sign-out follow the suite structure.

New

• Notes can be summarized, rewritten, and structured; note and to-do changes include preview, confirmation, and undo.
• Account and passkeys: The desktop app uses the shared account service and native macOS passkeys.

Improved

• macOS app and widget: The app, widget, calendar helper, and nested components are built and checked separately.

Fixed

• Quitting and sign-out on macOS: Window states and ongoing save operations no longer block quitting or signing out.

Security & privacy

• Limited entitlements: App and widget components use separate, verified permissions.

Compatibility

• Desktop release: The direct macOS version targets Apple Silicon and does not confirm a new iOS version.

Platforms & update

• Published: Version 1.2.0 is Developer ID signed, notarized by Apple, and available through the integrated updater or priviot.com.
