Text and chat
Ask questions, revise text, summarize content, and continue working with controlled context.
Priviot AI is being developed as an independent application for working with text, documents, PDFs, and images. The Priviot model tiers run locally on your device—without an automatic cloud fallback.
Priviot model tiers process requests locally on your device.

Chats, documents, and visual content stay together in a focused interface. Which capabilities are available depends on the installed local model.
Ask questions, revise text, summarize content, and continue working with controlled context.
Analyze digital PDFs, summarize documents, and understand answers through referenced passages.
Use supported local models for image understanding, OCR, dictation, and local speech output.
Five clearly named Priviot tiers are planned for different hardware classes and workloads. These names are reserved exclusively for curated Priviot packages.
Priviot AI
PlannedFor phones, tablets, and very low-end hardware: simple text tasks.
Priviot AI
PlannedFor mobile devices and low-end PCs: basic text features with limited document capabilities.
Priviot AI
AvailableThe desktop entry tier for text, documents, and vision.
Priviot AI
AvailableFor more powerful desktop PCs: higher quality and stronger multimodal capabilities.
Priviot AI
PlannedThe largest local tier for high-end hardware.
Development status: Standard and Pro are available. Super Lite, Lite, and Max do not yet have released installable packages.

Smaller tiers are intended for lower resource use; larger tiers are designed for more demanding local tasks. Before installation, Priviot shows origin, license, download size, and storage requirements.
After installation, Priviot model packages run on your device. Prompts, documents, and AI answers are not sent to the model source. An internet connection is used only for an explicitly confirmed model download or while the optional model search is open.
Priviot AI can search for compatible public GGUF text models after you explicitly open the online search. Selected models are checked before installation and then run locally.
These third-party models are not adapted, curated, or quality-certified by Priviot. Compatibility, quality, license, and hardware requirements vary by model.
Optional connections to OpenAI and other compatible external providers are available. They are not part of the local Priviot model tiers and are never used as an automatic fallback.
When you deliberately select an external API, the submitted content is processed by that provider under its terms and privacy policy. The interface identifies this processing route before use.
Selected Priviot AI functions are already integrated into the current versions of PDF, Write, Paste, and Notes. The independent Priviot AI application remains a separate product in development.
Summarize PDFs and ask questions about the open document.
Revise, shorten, summarize, and proofread text in the writing flow.
Create and revise reusable text snippets with AI assistance.
Summarize notes and prepare controlled suggestions for notes and to-dos.
Four stages describe the intended direction. They are not binding release dates; scope and sequence may change during development.
The current Priviot AI: an independent application with local models for text, documents, PDFs, and images, plus optional external APIs.
Priviot Work is intended to connect AI capabilities more closely with projects, tasks, and coherent work processes.
The planned coding stage is intended to understand, explain, and create code while supporting development workflows.
The long-term direction: context-aware assistants and controlled agents that can prepare and carry out multi-step tasks across connected workflows.
Short answers to the most important questions about local models, availability, and optional external providers.
Yes. The Priviot tiers Super Lite, Lite, Standard, Pro, and Max are designed as local model packages. There is no automatic cloud fallback.
No. Standard and Pro are available. Super Lite, Lite, and Max are planned and do not yet have released installable packages.
Yes, compatible public GGUF text models can be found through an explicitly opened online search, checked, installed, and then run locally. They are not adapted or quality-certified by Priviot.
Yes. Optional external API connections are available as a separate processing route. They are not part of the local Priviot tiers and must be selected and configured deliberately.
