Space for your workflow.Tabs, sidebars and quick bars.Priviot Browser combines a modular interface with privacy and ecosystem integration. The following features are planned for the first version.
Horizontal and vertical tabs, sidebars, quick bars, and classic or Arc-like layouts to choose from.
A native surface between core and extensions: controlled buttons, toggles, sliders, and status instead of scattered extension popups.
Separate profiles and workspaces for different contexts – personal, work, or projects.
Privacy-oriented defaults and built-in protection against tracking and advertising.
A system-wide native sharing layer for files, links, text, images, and your own devices – separate from browser sync.
Quick keyboard access, plus a dedicated Priviot Extension Store aiming for Chromium/WebExtensions compatibility.
A fully custom browser engine was originally planned. That direction was frozen: Priviot Browser builds on its own Chromium downstream, with differentiation happening above the engine layer.
Services such as usage metrics, automatic sign-in, sync, translation, and remote AI are reviewed and disabled.
Security-relevant Chromium services like Safe Browsing, certificate checks, and security update paths remain – reviewed case by case, not blindly removed.
